1. Desktop all-in-one terminal with full metal shell design, with adjustable stand, the screen angle can be adjusted flexibly
2. The screen adopts narrow borders on three sides, equipped with a 15.6-inch LCD screen, and supports capacitive touch screen
3. With anti-wiring off design in the back , effectively avoiding wiring off when moving; at the same time, it has the function of protecting the connector and hiding the outgoing line, ensuring that the desktop is clean and beautiful.
4. Equipped with a gooseneck microphone, adopting the design of adjustable shaft and hose microphone stem. It has a variety of microphone stem lengths, for flexible and tidy storage. The microphone is equipped with a status indicator light ring and features an illuminated touch-sensitive integrated button.
5. Equipped with a high-fidelity speaker. Supports conference monitoring function. Capable of playing audio from various sources, such as multimedia files, music, videos, video conferences, and external audio. Utilizes a 2W chamber speaker, with optional configurations available for the speaker setup.
6. The electronic table card is equipped with plexiglas decorative piece. Support mirror, frosted and other materials available Support user LOGO customization, monochrome and color graphics customization (chargeable)
7. Supports optional high-definition camera (depending on the model). Utilizes a 5-megapixel camera, with optional configurations available for the camera setup.

10. Supports optional 7.5-inch wireless electronic ink screen with a resolution of 800x480 (depending on the model). The screen provides a soft, natural, and flicker-free display, resembling the effect of paper, without affecting the shooting results. It comes with built-in embedded software for electronic table cards. It can display participant names, positions, company names, company logos, and other information. Supports customization of fonts, backgrounds, and templates.
11. Support extended simultaneous interpretation function. Support simultaneous interpretation of 32 (1+31) channels. Support channel expansion, up to 64 channels (need to add equipment). The audio frequency response of the simultaneous interpretation channel can reach 20Hz~20kHz
12. With paperless meeting terminal software, paperless meeting functions can be realized. Functions include but not limited to: registration, voting, evaluation, quick voting, document browsing, annotation, message, conference services, streaming viewing, screen sharing, electronic whiteboard, site control, video conferencing, notepad, simultaneous interpretation, voice transcription, voice control, etc. (some functions need equipment support)
13. It supports daisy-chain connection, star connection and mixed connection. The system is highly stable and reliable. The breakdown of one extension won't influence the other extensions, and the malfunction of one attachment among the extensions won't influence the system to work
14. Conference terminal, switch, power HUB and conference server are all connected by network cables. Automatic restoration function, support hot plug
15. Supports two power supply methods: DC power supply and Ethernet power supply. It features a linear voltage regulator circuit with overvoltage protection, ensuring safety and reliability. It comes with built-in embedded power management software that monitors the device's voltage status, enabling device operation and maintenance management.
16. Using full digital audio technology, built-in DSP digital audio processing software. Supports balance adjustment, which can automatically filter out invalid low-frequency components in the sound, avoid low-frequency impact sounds, and improve sound clarity. Support independent or unified adjustment of the volume and sensitivity of each terminal. Support terminal volume/sensitivity lock to avoid setting confusion caused by improper operation
17. The embedded software of the conference terminal provides multiple discussion modes, including: VOX, Auto, FIFO, Operator, Request and PTT.

• VOX function: in VOX mode, the unit will be activated for user speaks; VOX sensitivity can be adjust by the server; microphone time-out is adjustable
• Auto function: Only the number of microphones limited by the system can be activated. When the number of open microphones is greater than the system limit, press the speaking button, the microphone cannot be turned on, you need to turn off the microphones that have been turned on, and then the microphone can be turned on by pressing the button.
• FIFO function: When the number of open microphones is greater than the system limit, press the speak button to turn on and automatically turn off the earliest open microphone
• Operator function: When the number of open microphones is greater than the limit, press the speak button to enter the application waiting state. After the opened microphones are closed, the applied microphones will be opened automatically
• Request function: In Request, press the speak button and the microphone turns on and release the speech button and the microphone will be turned off
• PTT function: the delegate send request-to-speak by terminal, and can speak upon chairman approval. The chairman terminal can be activated anytime without approval

1. The maximum number of turned on microphone at the same time is 5. There is no limit to the number of system terminals.
2. Built-in camera tracking management software. Support HD automatic camera tracking, support preset panoramic position. Support image tracking and voice tracking function (need to add equipment)
3. Each terminal has unique unit ID; the conference system can assign unit ID to conference terminal automatically or manually
4. Any terminal can be set as the chairman, vice-chairman, secretary terminal (with no limit on the quantity), in addition to all the functions of the delegate terminal, it also has the following functions:

• Chairman terminal can be activated at any time without limitation of the turned on microphones
• Chairman terminal can control the delegate terminals to turn on or off

• Chairman terminal can control the paperless functions such as registration, voting, screen sharing and so on
